Am I able to exchange the goods?

To qualify for an exchange, the goods sold must be non-clearance, non-customised, strictly unused, undamaged, in resell-able condition and with original packaging/ plastic cover intact.

Should you choose to exchange purchased merchandise for another model bearing a higher price, you will be required to top-up the difference in price.

No refunds will be issued for any differences in price should you choose to exchange purchased merchandise for item(s) with price(s) amounting to less than the total price of the exchanged item(s).

Choice Furniture has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for exchange and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for exchange.

Transportation charges will apply should you require Choice Furniture to transport your items for exchange from your location to our warehouse.


Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, we do charge a delivery fee of $30 per address. However, there is a waiver of delivery charges if the product(s) is above $300.


Do all products come with a warranty?


Different mattress models have different warranty periods and these warranties are provided directly by the respective mattress manufacturers.

Makedon Mattresses by Choice Furniture are exclusively warranted for 15 years. We provide one to one exchange to our customers should the mattress comes to be unsatisfactory.

Warranty cards and/or relevant warranty details can be found packed together with the mattress. Mattress manufacturers' warranties differ between manufacturers, but in general, cover the internal spring unit from defects such as serious sagging which are not due to normal wear and tear, broken springs and collapsed springs. Please read and follow the instructions on the warranty card (wrapped in plastic cover with mattress) carefully for the warranty to be effective. We advise you to fill up and submit your warranty application immediately after purchase for your warranty to be effective.


Furniture Products

Most furniture sold on Choice Furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to with a brief explanation of the problem.

We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Choice Furniture reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.


Can I change the item(s) in my order prior to delivery?

Yes you can.

Please email or call us at 6392 1131 with your requested changes at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date.

Do note that these changes are subject to stock availability and delivery lead time. Changes to custom-made products will not be accommodated.


I've received a wrong product. What should I do?

We are sorry that you've received a wrong product. Please inform us upon receiving the wrong item(s).

Similarly, you can call us at 6392 1131 to inform us of the error. We will advise you on your next delivery time/date to replace the wrong item(s).


Can I reject the product upon delivery if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes, you may reject the product if it was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged, scratched, dented, soiled, different from description etc) or was not true to the description upon delivery at no added cost.


What are the payment methods?

There are 3 payment methods that you can opt for. 

1. Bank Transfer (Preferred) 

Simply add all your desired products into the cart and check out. At the payment stage, opt for 'Bank Transfer' and transfer the amount to DBS Current 011-902-8408

Alternatively, you can opt for Paypal (You do not have to create an account to transfer money through Paypal)

I am lazy to create an account/order online. Can I call to order?

Yes, you can! Simply give us a call at 6392 1131 to inform us the furniture you want, expected delivery date and time and your particulars. We will inform you on how to make payment. 


The item that I ordered online is small. Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you can! Simply give us a call at 6392 1131 to inform us before coming down to collect the furniture you ordered online. We will package it and get it ready for you to collect. Furniture will be available for pick up at our showroom
